Personal delivery in Costa Blanca North
We personally deliver all orders within our designated service area along the Costa Blanca North, ensuring that your arrangements arrive in perfect condition. Our personal delivery service covers the following municipalities and postal codes:
Altea (03590), Altea la Vella (03599), Calp (03710), Benissa (03720), Moraira (03724), Benitachell (03726), Teulada (03725), Jávea/Xàbia (03730, 03738, 03739), Jesús Pobre (03737, 03749), Dénia (03700), Gata de Gorgos (03740), La Xara (03709), Pedreguer (03750), Ondara (03760), Beniarbeig (03778), Els Poblets (03779), El Verger (03770), Llíber (03729), Xaló/Jalón (03727), Pego (03780).
The personal delivery is free of charge for all orders that exceed € 300.
For all other orders we charge € 35.
Shipping outside our service area
We normally don't deliver outside our service area. However, we would love to explore the possibility of delivering to your location.
Please contact us before placing your order. We’ll personally review your request to see if we can arrange a tailored delivery solution.
PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICE IN COSTA BLANCA NORTH ✨
For those customers within our service area that order one of our plants or premium bouquets we also offer our Premium Delivery Service - a luxury experience where we carefully arrange your floral or plant display on-site, ensuring it looks flawless in its new home.
The premium service delivery charge will be calculated at check out.
PLEASE NOTE: We are happy to offer our premium delivery service even if you use your own vase. However, please keep in mind that our bouquets are designed for carefully selected vases that ensure the perfect shape and balance. While we will do our best to style your bouquet beautifully, we cannot guarantee the exact same result as shown in our photos.
Returns & Refunds
We stand by the quality of our silk flowers and plants, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with Spanish consumer law.
Return conditions:
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
